General FAQs
When are orders send out?
We'll try to send out orders twice a week at minimum. You'll receive an email when you're package is delivered to the postal service.
What stamps size is required?
The stamps must have a square shaft of 6 by 6 mm. The letter size can be chosen but we did our tests with 3mm letters.
Bitcoin FAQs
How is the 5% discount deducted when I pay with bitcoin?
As Bitcoin payment processor we use BTCpay server. This tool handels the bitcoin conversion from EUR to BTC. We specified that we'll use the EUR_BTC rate from the Kraken exchange minus 5%. So you don't have to do anything.
Payed with bitcoin but my order hasn't been send out?
We only send out orders when we received a successful payment. When you payed with bitcoin this will depend on the network fee used.
